Information We Collect

Gokturk Muzik may process name, email address, user ID, login records, IP address, browser information, system activity, and content submitted by users during account creation, Google sign-in, user panel usage, artist/release/playlist/link actions, and security checks.

For users who authorize YouTube, we may store YouTube account/channel information provided by Google, channel ID, channel title, access token, refresh token, granted scope, and token expiration time.

Artist names, song/release information, images, links, playlist data, video pool records, credit activity, and comment/moderation records submitted by users may be stored in the system.

How We Use Information

We use this information to authenticate accounts, operate the user panel, verify content ownership, create links and social cards, run video pool features, manage credits, protect security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

YouTube OAuth permission is used to verify the user’s YouTube account/channel authorization status in the video watching section. Gokturk Muzik does not see or store the user’s Google password and does not upload, delete, or edit videos on the user’s behalf.

Google and YouTube API Usage

Gokturk Muzik may use Google and YouTube API services for YouTube features. We do not access this data unless the user grants permission on Google’s authorization screen.

The current YouTube permission is limited to viewing YouTube account/channel information. Users may revoke Gokturk Muzik access at any time from the third-party app permissions page in their Google account.

Sharing and Authorities

Personal data is not sold commercially. It is not shared with third parties except when required to operate the service, maintain technical infrastructure, protect security, comply with the law, or respond to official authority requests.

If illegal content, rights violations, threats, fraud, abuse, copyright complaints, or any matter requiring official review occurs, relevant records may be shared with competent authorities.

Retention and Deletion

Data is retained as long as necessary to operate the account and system features or as required by legal obligations.

Users may contact us to request removal of account-related or Google/YouTube connection data. Google access can also be revoked directly from the user’s Google account security settings.

Gokturk Muzik applies reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect data; however, no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.
