Terms of Service and User Agreement

Scope and Acceptance

This Terms of Service and User Agreement applies between the Gokturk Muzik project and every person who signs in to, registers for, or uses the Gokturk Muzik user panel.

Anyone who signs in with Google, creates an account, adds an artist, creates a release, uploads an image, enters song information, adds links, manages playlists, approves or deletes comments, or otherwise uses the system is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

User Responsibility

Each user is solely responsible for all content, information, images, links, artist profiles, release details, song details, playlist information, comments, and other materials that they add to the system.

Gokturk Muzik does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, legality, ownership, copyright status, or third-party rights compliance of user-submitted content.

Prohibited Content

Users may not upload, publish, or share illegal content; copyrighted material without authorization; profanity; insults; hate speech; pornographic or obscene material; threatening, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, political propaganda, misleading, fraudulent, spam, malware-related, or otherwise harmful content.

Rights and Permissions

The user declares that they have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for every artist name, image, text, music-related information, brand, logo, link, and other material they upload or publish.

Any legal, financial, administrative, or criminal responsibility arising from such content belongs to the user.

Account Restrictions

Gokturk Muzik may review, hide, deactivate, remove, or delete content when necessary.

User accounts may be restricted, suspended, frozen, or terminated if these terms are violated, if the system is abused, if unlawful content is shared, or if user activity creates legal, technical, or security risk.

Logs, IP Address, and Authorities

For security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance, Gokturk Muzik may record account information, email address, user ID, login information, IP address, content creation and update records, and system activity.

If illegal content, rights violations, threats, fraud, abuse, copyright complaints, or any matter requiring official review occurs, user information, account information, transaction records, and IP address data may be shared with competent authorities.

System Security and Changes

Users may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with another user’s content, manipulate URLs, forms, backend requests, credit controls, ownership controls, or any technical protection.

Gokturk Muzik may update these terms at any time. Updated terms become effective when published. Continued use of the system means acceptance of the current terms.
